Rattan
Rattan is a wild plant belonging to the palm family that grows as a solid vine. Its strength and great flexibility are meticulously woven into structures that develop great tensile strength. Its lightness makes it practical and easy to move around.

Rattan care tips
- To remove stains and encrustations, we recommend using a solution of warm water and Marseille soap.
- To remove dust from the most hidden parts, we recommend using a microfibre cloth followed by a long, soft bristle brush to reach all the nooks and crannies.
- Cane seats tend to lose some of their tension with time and use, which can be remedied by applying compresses of warm water.
- We recommend avoiding aggressive detergents containing solvents or alcohol.

Good to know
- Rattan does not tolerate moisture.
- We also suggest that you don't place your rattan furniture near sources of direct heat, such as stoves and radiators.
- Rattan can be stored outside, but only if you take it inside when it's not in use.
